Mål	Requirement management within the Business Intelligence & Performance Management area does not follow the same patterns as in most other areas related to IT development. You will learn about how and why to manage requirements within the area of BI & PM.
Innehåll	Requirement management within BI & PM demands a slightly different approach to the ordinary requirement management process. The main difference is that the owners of the requirements most often do not know what is possible to accomplish and what to ask for. In addition they often need to team up with a "sparring" partner in the process and not only someone who listens and takes notes on the requirements expressed.
