Innehåll	To be successful within the area of Business Intelligence (BI) and Performance Management (PM), Business and IT people must meet across ordinary organizational borders to discuss and learn from each other to bring business value. A BICC focuses on what is possible and required within the area, thereby increasing business value for the organization. The BICC should have a long term view on BI & PM and create the vision and strategy for the area as well as taking responsibility for the governance and prioritizing projects and initiatives within the area to maximize business benefits both on short and long term.
